Just as I hope you are here because you enjoy my music, or think you might, I hope you find this site interesting, useful and maybe entertaining as well. Take a look at my background, records, performing schedule, etc. You can join the e-mail list to receive an occasional e-letter of upcoming performances, recordings and other musical miscellany. I'll add new and interesting links as I find them. You can now download free MP3's of some of my songs, listen to sample versions of others, and buy my CD's. Try to figure out if I'm really a renaissance man, or just a real scatter-brain who doesn't know what I want to do when (and if) I grow up...

I'd like to thank everyone who has supported me and my music. As most of you know, I've been struggling with tendonitis in my left arm (guitar elbow?) but we seem to have come to a truce these days, and I am playing again. So again, thanks for your support and I hope to be back to what passes for normalcy again soon.

I've been mostly working on a couple of group projects lately, one duo and a possible bluegrass band. I'll have more to report on these soon, in the meantime I'm starting to look for solo gigs as well, so expect me to start sending out sham newsletters again soon (they're like spam but with more meat...;-)

As a result of playing in the KSU festival workshops, Brian Henke asked to include "Hot Springs Sojourn" from "Guitarism" on the Woodchoppers Ball compilation CD. The Woodchoppers annual concerts feature some of the best acoustic guitarists in the country, and all the proceeds go to support the Northeast Ohio Coalition For The Homeless.

Many thanks to all those who voted for me in the Folkalley.com Open Mic contest. I didn't win, but I turned in a respectable showing, especially for an instrumental. If you haven't been there yet, Folk Alley is a radio website that plays folk/acoustic music aroung the clock, good stuff! Check it out at: www.folkalley.com
